These terms apply to Formula & Mirror Rollup Sync (the "app"), provided by Zambounis Technology (OZET), Lausanne, Switzerland ("OZET", "we") through the monday.com Marketplace. By installing the app you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and the monday.com Marketplace terms.

1. The service

The app copies Formula column, Mirror column and subitem rollup values into standard monday.com board columns, fills existing items on request, and runs the action blocks you add to your monday.com automations. It writes to your boards only through the rules and automations you set up.

2. Plans and billing

The app is offered in a Free plan and the paid plans Lite, Basic, Pro, Business and Enterprise. Prices and monthly operation allowances are shown in monday.com's plan picker and billed by monday.com under its terms; we never see your payment details. Paid plans have no trial period, because the Free plan stays free. A plan change takes effect right away; operations already used in the month still count. If you cancel a paid plan within 30 days of buying it, you get a full refund; monday.com handles billing and refunds, and we help at [email protected] if anything is unclear.

3. Contacting you and changes to the app

We contact account admins only for service, security and billing notices. We do not send marketing messages unless you opt in. Changes that affect how you use the app or what it costs are announced to account admins at least 14 days ahead; security fixes and corrections ship without notice.

4. Your data

How the app handles your data is described in the Formula & Mirror Rollup Sync section of our Privacy Policy. When you uninstall the app, it stops working for your account at once and your rules, history and settings are deleted within 24 hours; nothing is kept longer than 10 days.

5. AI formula helper

The AI formula helper is optional and only runs when you click one of its buttons. Its explanations and formulas are suggestions written by an AI model and can be wrong; check a formula on a few items before you rely on it. Each plan includes a monthly number of AI requests, shown next to the buttons. What the helper sends to the AI provider is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Responsibility for the app and monday.com's role

The app is provided by OZET, not by monday.com. monday.com is not liable for any fault in the app or any harm that may result from its installation or use. OZET is responsible for the app, its support and its handling of your data. monday.com provides its platform, API and SDK as they are and gives no warranty for the app, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, or the monday.com API and SDK it uses, except where the law allows it. This section allocates responsibility between you, OZET and monday.com; it does not extend OZET's liability towards you beyond section 8.

7. Availability and discontinuation

We aim to keep the app available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and changes to the monday.com platform can interrupt the app; we restore it as soon as we can. monday.com may stop offering the app on its Marketplace at any time, with or without notice. If we stop offering the app, we tell account admins promptly and keep it working and supported for paid subscriptions until they end, or refund the unused part.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the app during the preceding twelve (12) months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, with jurisdiction in Lausanne, Canton of Vaud. Our general Terms of Service apply to everything these app terms do not cover.

10. Support

Write to [email protected]. Support covers installing and setting up the app, its rules, fills, automations, the AI helper and billing questions. We answer within two business days, urgent problems as soon as we can.
